Megaplast has renewed its membership and is a member in good standing of the International Association of Geosynthetic Installers dedicated to the advancement of the geosynthetics installers industry.Â
We exhibited in the virtual event ICOLD Symposium from 24th-27th February 2021 held by the Committee for International Commission on Large Dams, India (INCOLD). Megaplast's MegaLiner â„¢ for Dams was well appreciated and we thank all our visitors, customers, and the organizing team for making it a successful event.

As you can see by Figure 1, we are experiencing a new age of geosynthetics. Over the past 15 years, we have seen a propensity of polymeric materials left exposed to rather than covered from the environment. This is in large part due to the strides geosynthetic manufacturers and polymer formulators have made in creating long-term durable materials.

Megaplast Conductive Geomembrane has a coextruded electrically conductive layer in both HDPE and LLDPE series which helps for post-installation surface inspection i.e. spark testing entire installed surface area, leak location and repair. Conductive finish is available in Megaplast’s HDPE & LLDPE series and can be combined with coloured liners (White, Olive Green, Grey, Blue, etc.), textured and smooth finishes.
